# Security & Privacy at Corbivo 

You're trusting us with details about your home. Here's how we handle that — and how much you share is up to you.

## You choose what you share

Corbivo runs on your major appliances and home systems. That's the core: your maintenance plan is built around them.

Everything else is optional. Valuables, documents, and photos are there if they're useful to you — and if they're not, skip them. Your account works either way.

## Who can see your account

You do. Nobody on our team can casually browse your account.

When you contact support, viewing your profile requires a verification step that confirms you've authorized it — our team can't pull up your home, your documents, or your inventory on a whim. Access is limited by role, so staff only reach what their job requires, and every account with elevated access is protected by two-factor authentication.

We never sell your data.

## Where your data lives

Your data is stored in the United States and is encrypted in transit and at rest.

## Payments

Card details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers are never stored on the Corbivo platform.

## Can Corbivo be hacked?

Any system connected to the internet can be attacked. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

What matters is how seriously a company takes that reality. We limit what any single point of failure could expose, we don't store your card numbers, and we review our security regularly. We'd rather give you an honest answer than a comfortable one.
